Refund will be provided ONLY if there is a Manufacturing Defect.
Customers should check the size chart before placing an order as we DO NOT facilitate a return Incase of product dislike or size issue.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 5 - 7 working days Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. (All disputes regarding delivery need to be raised within 72 hours of delivery date. No investigation will be feasible after 72 hours of time of delivery).

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, BUPLUP.com provides Free Standard Shipping for Prepaid and COD orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes at a charge of Rs.50. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
  2. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, WhatsApp us at 8830 123 164  and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as Store Credits as per your convenience. 
  3. Refund will be provided only if there is a manufacturing defectCustomers should check the size chart before placing an order as we do not facilitate a return Incase of product dislike or size issue.
  4. The product amount will be credited back either into your bank account or as Store Credits as per the reason of return once we have received the products and quality check is done. 
  5. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
  6. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. WhatsApp us at 8830 123 164 with your Order ID mentioned.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. All refunds will be credited either into your bank account or as Store Credits as per your convenience.
  2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7-10 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

 

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails/Watsapp once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
